Well you can tell that to the numeruos ones that I have built that didnt!
i thin khe is right a atx mobo should fit in a atx case. the ones yoiu built prabally weren't atx then!???????????

why.

he is right. atc is standerd. a standered is ment for things like that...if yorus didn't fit then one of them must not have been atx.

ihave had 3 motherboard for my old case, and then i got a new case so one of those motherbaord were the smae, then i have had 2 since then. they all fit like notmal, then my other pc i have had the one that came with it then 2 more. no problems they were all atx because atx is the biggest standerd.

The biggest, it is the standard, has been since 1999, all the dells, compacts, HPs when they changed to ATX all had proprietary motherboards and power supplys, which means they would not fit a standard ATX case or use a standard ATX power supply, only there own
Most newer ones will but some still use proprietary power supplys

There is more then one standerd, just ATX is the most commen one.

all im saying, is that if you have a atx motherboard and a atx case then they will fit as long as they are both atx.

im glad that idiots banned, he sent me 2 PM's about stupid websites or whatever, he also has no idea what he's talking about.

i was just going 2 buy a case with no backplate, so i know it will fit, but i have 2 worry about the mobo lining up with the case.
