I recently bought a Plantronics .Audio 350 headset from circuit city. When i got home, the headphones were great but the mic didnt work. I fiddled around with it and at last called tech support 
. They couldnt help me and advised me to exchange it for another one. So i did. Got home. Headphones were great but the mic still didnt work. Any ideas?
I have a really old PCI Soundblaster audio card but other microphones work just fine.
Ive checked all the obvious stuff (plugged in, not muted etc.) But it still doesnt work. Could the headset not be compatible with my old Audio Card? I thought that any mic would work with it but maybe not.
Please help quickly.
