Audio but no video

I just began having a problem with some video sites where I get audio but no video. Youtube is OK but for example the sports site below is one where the video is not shown. My PC is an HP Pavilion dv7 using Windows 7.

Make sure you have the latest flash player. You may have to uninstall and reinstall. What browser are you using?

I am using IE 9 as a browser

IE 8 works just fine with that site, had video and audio. The videos require flashplayer so check into that.
