Audio Jack not working

Hello all,
I have an ASUS Vivo Book and I recently accidently pulled the cable out of the audio jack quite vigorously and I think I've caused some damage. My headphones now only play out of one ear, however they work fine on other devices and my phone.
I'm not sure what to do and I'm worried I've caused some serious damage.

Any help would be appreciated.
[UPDATE] - After looking into this more it, audio does come out of both ears when I apply pressure to the input jack, however when I let go it then only comes out of one.

Probably bent one of the contact pins inside of the jack. Most analog ones are either GROUND + R + L or MIC+ GROUND + R + L.

You'd probably have to open it up and either attempt to bend-back the ear pin that doesn't contact correctly, or solder a new audio jack into the port (while desoldering the damaged one).
