Audio Option Not Appearing On Manage Audio Devices, Help Me

For some reason my speaker option is not showing up on my manage audio devices menu. My computer is a bare bones kit I bought offline. I've tried going to command prompt to figure out my model name and apparently there is no model name for my computer. So I cant get drivers for my computer. I have windows 32-bit. This is what it shows

Go into device manager and see what devices still need drivers. They will be listed with a yellow icon next to them. Find the entry for the sound and right click it and click on properties. Then click on the details tab and give me the 4 digit vendor and device id numbers. They look like this. Need the numbers listed after ven and dev.

If I select the property Hardware lds the VEN is 10EC and the DEV is 0888.

Click on the following link and download your sound card driver. Are there any other devices with yellow icons next to them in device manager? If so, they need drivers installed.
