Hi there,
I'm working for a professor this summer by transcribing some video interviews for her from home. She's burnt them onto DVDs for me and I had no problem at all with the first two. When I was working on the third one though, once the video got to about 4 minutes the video turned grainy and froze and the audio cut out completely. Thinking it was just that video I moved onto another one and at about 4 minutes again I had the same problems.
I'm viewing them on my laptop and was using both WMP and Windows Live Gallery to view them. I've tried a system restore and it didn't resolve the problem so I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what might be the issue?
Oh, and before I viewed them I downloaded them from the DVD to my computer. Could a dirty lens be causing the problem?
Any info would be MUCH appreciated! Thank you!
