Automate IE?

I can't always be around a computer connected to the internet during certain times of the day, but I need the info from certain "dynamic" web pages at that specific point in time.

Is there a way to automate the opening of internet explorer and the loading of a specific web site at a specific time of the day?

Is there a way to automate the saving of these web pages? What if the site requires a password login? Is there a way to automate this password entry?

IE isn't quite something you can schedule to open let alone log onto any specific. Once you are logged onto a specific page you can set that as your new home page. The "cookies"(text files) from that site will be saved until your offline content is deleted along with your browsing history. The alternative is to have an active desktop configured for displaying that page in real time where it is constantly refreshed.
