Automatic Folder Refresh?

When I change the name of a file in a folder, the name doesn't change unless I close and re-open the folder or right-click and refresh the screen. How can I fix it so it refreshes automatically after a file is altered? Thanks.

yes, but i have isolated it to my shared folder only. it's the only one that has the problem.

edit: i have isolated the problem even further. it only happens if i access my shared music folder from the shortcut i put on my desktop. if i access the same folder through My Computer, then it works normally.

probably it happen because of sharing file/folder policy that need some process to be completed. So, how if you access another file and again open it. is it still like before?
