Automatic screen resizing

Sometimes my screen wil resize, above and under wide and small in the middle like a tornado. Sombody knows how I can solve that problem?
 
not really no, because it sounds almost 100% hardware related, and you cant just pop open the monitor and have a fiddle around inside, unless you want to die...?
 
Alot depends on if you want LCD or CRT and also what you plan to use it for. LCDs are getting cheaper, smaller and do well in games.
