How can I delete AVAST other than my control panel? I have AVAST free and I'm trying to delete it. I go to my control panel and click on uninstall, I then click on next and it comes up and says " There was an error during product uninstallation". I tried to reboot, tried to click on change or update instead of install, but nothing. Can someone help... Thanks
 
I would go into Program Files and manually delete the Avast! folder. Then I would run CCleaner registry fix as many times as needed until no more issues were found. Reboot. Then you may need to manually delete the entries from the Start menu and the startup via msconfig.
 
Usually reinstalling the program fixes the uninstall issue. Reinstall the program and then try uninstalling it again.
