I just installed AVG Free Download. Man, is it nice... Does anyone have the full Version? Is it better or worth the money? I will buy the whole setup if so... I am impressed with the download!
 
I had and lost my key so I'm back with the free version. The main thing I noticed is that it let you schedule when it does its scans and the free version chooses for itself. However, I'm very passive when it comes to Antivirus programs and I just let them do their thing so I didn't really check it out all that much.

I know you can disable the automatic scans, but I didn't know you couldn't change the times in the free version. Are you sure about that?
 
Everytime I've tried to schedule or change the schedule it tells me that option's not allowd in the free version. But then again that was a while ago and i haven't opened AVG in a while.
 
The avg free edition is good enough. You may wanna check out avast! antivirus. Its a good free antivirus too.
 
I dont run the antivirus, but i use AVG free spyware protection, and i think is the best free spyware protection out there
