Avi Burning.

Ok so i have an avi file that i want to watch on my dvd player... like the one connected to the tv, not the one in my computer :)

so how might i go about burning it? it will fit on cd. so yeah.. im not really sure if i copy it straight on will it work? or will i have to get some program that will burn a VCD properly?

You'll need software that will burn a VCD, such as Nero.
 
Yeah, use a program to create a VCD. That's what I do. Have you tried using Vista's DVD Maker program? That may work as well.
 
it wouldnt work with my avi. said it was corrupt. anyway i am watching the movie on my computer, theres no real need to have it on the dvd player...
