avi-wmv brightness and contrast

is there a program that can edit the brightness and contrast of my video camera files? i looked all over windows movie maker and can't find a thing for that. any help would be greatly appreciated
 
I know the higher end editors will(Premiere and such) I assume you want something free...eh, I don't know of anything right off.

You might want to check around videohelp.com. They have lots of freeware applications that might help you.
 
well free would be nice if possible if not im up for suggestions (within reason lol) and i'll check out that website thanks for that
