Well, it seemed applying the AS5 again helped a lot, and adding the 120mm fan in the case!

Used to idle at like 34c and when surfing the net and stuff get like 38c.

Now, Idle, 30c and when surfing the net about 34c.

50c on load, which is Ok!

Well thats good for you! Glad your temps went down.

You should check your ambient temps though. Even if you can't feel a temp difference, it is often enough to sway cpu temps and others. It could just be a coincidence that the temp went down the day you redid the as5.

Yeah, It could be, I re-applied the AS5 a few days ago and it's been going down since then, hopefully it hasn't stopped yet
