Back Video I/O Ports

I have noticed on some MBs today (I am referring now to the ASUS M5A...series), there are no Back Video I/O Ports (No VGA and DVI ports). Why not? On The MBs without Video Ports does ASUS expect the user to install Video Cards?

Yes. Those boards are normally meant for gaming in which the user will be using a video card anyway. My Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5 has no onboard video.

Agreed. These motherboards don't waste anyones time as they expect higher end users to not be satisfied with onboard graphics. Certain chipsets don't even allow access to the onboard intel graphics.
