Backing up SSD

Is it possible to backup an SSD to an external HDD?
Will it transfer back to the SSD ok?
If not, what is the best way to backup the SSD?

Yes of course it's possible.

After reducing the cache size and disabling defrag, you should treat your SSD just like you would a conventional hard drive. Everything that HDD can do, the SSD can do and they can both speak to each other just fine.


It is no different than backing your hard drive up to a memory stick and then restoring it
