Ok so i run back track 5 in virtual box and it doesnt recognize my usb wifi... Can someone team view and help me?? i have a ralink 3072 ( google images )

You don't have to setup internet in virtualbox, it just passes your active connection on the host through. So I have no idea of what you're trying to do then.

Second, even if you can get it working we won't help you crack wifi encryption.

He is not trying to crack any encryption. He is simply trying to have the OS recognize the wifi device and you only have to install guest additions if you want to create a share between the virtual machine and the host machine.
You have to shutdown the system > go to preferences and change the network adapter settings on the virtual host so the wireless connection can be passed through to the virtual machine.

You obviously don't know what the Backtrack distro is used for....
