Backup comp

Well... I want to build a back-up computer just incase my comp in my signature ever gives out on me. I want it to be cheap, and reliable so I can play my games. (CoD4, BF2, CSS stuff like that) I'm a FPS guy, with a little bit of RS HD :D So tell me how I did :D

=D Which card should I get?

why even waste money on a new system when you could just add to your current one?

anyway simply put... that build is the fail. Foxconn = Fail, ECS = Fail, Celeron = Fail (not insulting intel, just the celeron)

You can probably play CoD4 on medium with that build. Instead of having 2 mediocre builds, try for one good build.

Well, it's not perfect, but, your choices for PSU and Case are pretty good. The processor and Mobo I would not use, however. I have made a build somewhat similar to this before, just with an AMD 5000+ and a $50 Biostar mobo instead. And you do realize that you don't need a top notch gfx card for RS HD. My sister's laptop has 1.5GB of Ram and Geforce 6150 onboard and it runs RS HD very well. And the motherboard I was talking about earlier, it has the 6150 onboard. Here's the link if you're interested:

I don't think it would play any of the other games on a very high detail level though.

Yah.....Why put together that rig I doubt your current one will fail and if it does your stuck with that rig you just put together for awhile. Plus you wont be able to play many games well and if you would want to build a better system you would be in the hole from the celeron rig you posted.
