backup help

ok so i need a backup solution for my school.

we are going to use windows server 2003 and active directory. but i need something on the teachers laptops. i need something like the following,

non resorce savy (these computers have 512-1 gb ram and teachers use many windows and get mad when it lags)
incramental backup, so it only backs up what is new
able to do it over lan
possable over wan
(optional) compleate system restore (possabley boot cd like WHS)
fast and simple
whole sys backup

i hope there is something out there like this.
 
I don't mean this as a shot, but are they really going to you, a student, for this? Don't they have someone who deal with IT stuff like this?
 
there is, he asked me if i would like to take the job on and i said yes...

trust me every spair moment i have i am in there helping out... i love doing this stuff so i love to help out. anyway we are a charter school so we really dont have tuns of money so we have one tech guy and as you can imagine he is boged down getting us moved into the new place and getting a new website...

anyway you mentioned WAN, it doesn't really depend on the program to backup on a WAN it depends on your network connection, if your IT dude allows you to get out of the Lan and connect to a pc on a WAN, this is all done in the networks not in the backup program.
anyways i used to use BACKUP 4 all, pretty handy stuff

I'm not sure why, but I just thought of 'Not Another Teen Movie'. You have the jock, the wierd kid, the ugly girl who's super hot once she takes off her glasses...and the savvy IT kid :)
