Backup program

Does anyone know a free backup program?

Alcohol 120% is good for backing up CD's to your HDD. Stops you having to use the disc all the time and avoid scratching it, if thats what you wanted?

Well what I wanted was a program to back-up my computer.

It sounds like you just want to be able to backup the pc itself. If you want to backup data files against accidental overwriting or deletion that is a separate issue and requires different strategy and software.
