Backup software

Can anyone recommend any backup software.

I want it to be able to work in the background and up date any amended files.

I want to be able to select the files/folders for backup and the destination.

I have three external drives so would need to be able to backup to multiple destinations.

I currently use Memeo but it uses a lot of resources and is very slow.

I use ExtremeCopy for all of files backup each week. It is very great tool I think. Of course, it is full files copy in every times, so it is different from synchronization backup utilities.
