Bad bad virus help

After downloading a file last night (AVG free edition off a dodgy website) ive got a virus on my pc, i think it was made by toxic cv because the default toxic message came up.

No sound
Cant open exe files (apart from safari for windows)
Eating my hard drive
Eating my cpu
I cant run norton or AVG becase i cant open exe's

HELP!!!!

It sounds like an Indian virus...Brontok!

Reformat

If you can't do anything to get rid of it like run any antivirus programs, then you may have to reformat your computer. You will lose everything on your computer, but it may be the only way.

im not sure about you, but most of us prefer to fight malware before automaticly thinking about reformatting ^^ to person above me
