This is a nasty situation. I don't guarantee thet you will receover tour mobo. But you can try this: Get the flash utility with dos support an put it on a floppy. Try flashing again using the floppy disk. If you are unable to boot at all, then it comes complicated. You can take your mobo for service at a certified gygabite workshop, or you can try another thing. 1.You will need to borow a working gygabyte p35-ds3l mobo and run the flash utility fro your floppy disk on it. 2.When you are running the flash utility, you will be propted with a question that will sound like this: Are you sure you want to flash bios?YES/NO, before you answer the question remove the BIOS chip on the working mono(while the mobo is powerd) and replace it with your faulty bios chip from your own mobo. 3.PRess YES. 4.continui with the flash utility. BUt be carefullI NEVER TESTED THIS method. And one more thing if you find another identical mobo wich is busted or isn't working and the bios chip is ok, replace the bios chip on your mobo.(the mobos MUST be identical in order this to work). in conclusion the chances of fixing your mobo are low.

You're pretty much stuck right now. Some machines offer recovery options where you can load the bios image off a floppy (perhaps USB flash drives today...) But if yours doesn't have such an option, you may be out of luck.

As cRABu mentioned, you could possibly swap BIOS's if you can find an identical computer. However, besides being dangerous, your machine must also have a removable chip. For a while, many machines didn't...
