does now work (sorry - woudl not load) but now it now With No sound, and the pitcure is jsut the same and it the shapness it bad i think things are going from bad to worse!!!!

What Driver Version are you using for your videocard? seems that Forceware 77.72 had this problem that could be corrected by changing gamma settings in the control panel. Forceware 77.77 is now released that does not have this issue so perhaps if you have not already download and instal them http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_77.77.html.
