Sometimes, and i'm saying, sometimes...
I get an error known as "Bad_Pool_Caller, i'm wondering if it's from when I had static on my finger and static'd my 2 terabyte hard drive, it doesn't happen often, but i'm wondering if that's the cause of my issue..
~ thanks ~
PS: It's the Blue Screen of Death error, but PC works perfectly fine after it's shut off, i get the error while shutting down the PC

Usually means you have memory issues. Have you ran memtest to test your memory?

In the mean time, do the following.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

The BAD POOL CALLER error is shown when Windows is not able to access the data pool that it requires to run.The data pool is the technical term used to describe all the settings and options that your computer may require whenever it's running and as you may have guessed...it's constantly being CALLED to help your computer run as smoothly as possible.Unfortunately, there are many occasions where Windows will try and call a setting from the data pool only to have it show an error.

So the BAD POOL CALLER error is what is shown by Windows when it is unable to read a file, setting or file that it needs. When Windows runs,it keeps a series of the files it needs inside the DATA POOL.This pool is like the immediate repository for Windows allowing it to read all the files it needs whenever it needs them. The Bad Pool Caller error appears when it cannot read a setting, file or option that it needs forcing it to crash and reboot. Many people who get this error have their computers continually looping with it.Luckily you are not one of them lol.

Most instances of this error are caused by malfunctioning hardware (especially hard drives) which prevent your computer from reading the files or settings that it needs. You should begin by making sure all your hardware is running well, all the cables are in securely and that no hard drives are "clicking" (I hate that noise by the way lol :D) or making funny noises.
So the first thing you need to do to fix this error is to check to see if all your hardware is functioning properly. You can do this quite easily by looking through the various components and wires on your system and make sure that they're all securely locked into place.

You should also make sure the power connection to your system is working fine as well.

After that you should reinstall any affected programs. Many programs try and call files that they need to run,but it's often the case that these files either don't exist or are damaged. To make sure this is not a problem, you should reinstall any damaged program(s) on your system.

You should also think about cleaning all invalid "registry" of Windows using programs such as Ccleaner or Eusing free registry cleaner. The registry is a large database which stores a series of information and settings that your computer requires to run and is continually being used by all the software of your PC to help it REMEMBER a lot of different settings and options that it might need.Unfortunately the registry is also one of the biggest causes of errors as it's used so much that it gets saved in the wrong way. This causes software to find it difficult to read the files it needs to run leading your computer to slow down and cause the bad pool caller error. One of the most effective ways to cure this error is to use a registry cleaner program(s) (like those two I mentioned above) to fix any of the damaged parts of the registry database allowing your system to run much faster and smoother.

Of course other rare things such as computer viruses can also do this.So scan your system for viruses and clean them.

Also corrupted unreadable needed data can cause this so perform a disk check on all your partitions.

If none of the above steps work then it's time to think about repairing Windows.Hopefuly you will not need to reinstall them.

Cheers!
