Bad Support Bit Fender?

Seems like their support forums suck..You can ask a simple question that goes un-answered..Lot's of complaints..any of you guys notice this?

To be honest, I don't think we have many users at all that use Bitdefender. Most veteran members probably use free programs and all the newbs either use Norton or McAfee.
