There's a few negative reviews on Newegg for it, so I'd probably look for another 1TB drive.

I bought one of those drives. It says ST310005N1A1AS-RK on the retail box, but the drive's real model number is ST31000528AS.

Fast, quiet, reliable, and a five year warranty. Your price of $49.99 for the retail kit is a steal. Frankly, I think the drive is terrific. I bought mine at Staples for $80, and it gets four and a half stars out of five.
