Batch Border editing

I'm finally thinking about adding borders to my photos, so I was wondering what's the easiest way to do multiple pictures at a time? I have Photoshop if that is needed.

I know I asked in another thread but I can't for the life of me remember which thread I posted it in

Im thinking your talking about picture frames.
Ive seen but never used. query picture frames.

use action recording in photoshop

do what the guy does in this tutorial but put a border in instead of changing the size
