ok so i have an excel file with like 116 sheets + charts. now i want to convert to pdf.
Acrobat 7 does that from excel but it does it one sheet at a time.
is there a way to convert all sheet in this file to pdf ?

right now am gonna install the free pdfcreator, if that is of any use

openOffice.org can also save documents in pdf. and it supports .xls files from mcrosoft excel. so you can install oo.o open your document in it and save as pdf, but i'm not sure how does it works with the sheets

thanks again cheers

Try adding an new sheet and putting in the place of "sheet1", add some type in a few cells so it has content and try again...maybe it will export the new sheet as the single .pdf, and keep the rest together.

worth a shot.

You should be able to just open your Excel file (i.e. workbook) and click on Print - then choose the adobe PDF writer as the printer - and also select the option to print "entire workbook".
