Battlefield 2 Black screen

I installed Battlefield 2 and the latest 1.3 patch, it worked normally for 1 day until every time i run it it shows the spash screen then freeses on a black screen, the task manager says its "Not Responding" what can I do?

I would try reinstalling the game.

I had the same problem , try and reinstall the game and then get 1.22 patch and then 1.22-1.30 patch
