Battlefield 2142 Problem

I can see that this game is fun as far as gameplay and graphics, but there are many problems to it. The main problem and most fustrating problem of the many is that when I alt+tab the game it self crashes every time. The other one I remembered was when I joined a squad after switching teams and couldn't respawn to the squad leader and there were also 7/6 in the squad. Also the loading takes loooooooong, BF2 was sort of long but this is way too long..
And other many problems...

This is pissing me off, its like they rushed this game to the market and designed the game with errors.

Battlefield 2, I had no problem that I could find.

Are you at the latest patch? You can't spawn on the leader unless;

a) he's alive
b) there is a place to spawn at him (ie, in a vehicle that only carries 1 seat and he is in it - you can't spawn it)

My rig can play BF 2142 on high settings NP so im sure yours can too. I would completely uninstall the game and delete the file directories.
Do a defrag and disk clean up. Then a virus scan. Check you have the latest drivers installed for ya g-card, etc... and then install the game again. After that downloads the 1.05 patch from the BF website and install. Make sure you are not running apps or programs in the background that are robbing your pc of its resources. I hope this helps. It really is a awesome game when its running properly.

Yes latest patch as of 11/21 and I try respawn when the leader is alive and away from combat, but I'm not saying this always happen.
