Battlefield 2142 Start problem

Alright people,

I just downloaded the Battlefield 2142 demo and when i tryed to run it i get this error...

And after the error i get another message from windows saying Battlefield has encountred an error and needs to close:mad:

I know it probably wouldnt run beautifully on my system anyway but i at least thought it would start:D

Ive already triedd uninstaling & re-instaling it but still the same problem:(

I have a feeling this has something to do with DirectX?

If so i have DirectX9c
 
Aah it works now,

I thought i had the latest but seems not:D

Its an okay game,Not realy as good as i thought it would be imo.

It seems identical to BF2, just with new maps, weapons, vehicles, ect. But I really like it.

No problem, I had that issue with FlatOut 2, thats how I knew what the problem was. :)

I dont realy like CSS either because theres just too many cheaters on there using wallhacks and aimbots.

Damn cheaters.:mad:

But i must admit that BF1942 looks realy good and i would like to get Day of defeat source next.:D

But my comps showing its age with all these new games so im saving up for a nice new rig.

Teeeheee... never been accused of that.. I cant hit a damn thing in CS:S, and it i hit something, its 90% of the time an accident >_<

I had the same problem with BF2142 too btw.. when i saw it was a DX error,.. i just went to reinstall it, and that worked =o
