First i had this thing running on xp, no problems with that. Once i put in vista everything went downhill from there, the errors kept getting worse, until the system could not even start, i fixed that. The funniest thing is that i have the easiest way to OC in the world. I have a DFI mobo with abs. On xp the abs works like a breeze. Vista is another story ( the OS im running now). The abs is being stuborn somethimes working, somethimes not, when it dosent one of three things will happen: Vista Hardware error, files corrupt, computer would completely freeze up, or she thing would go ito an endless restart. When it does work, after i restart the oc would go away. The other problem is that i really dont know how to use the ABS. I need some help on how to change the profiles to get them to work. First u use the stock profile upgrading cpu only 200 each time with xp. If somone could set up a profile for me that would be great.

Specs:
DFI DK 790FXB-M2RSH
9950 BE (at 2.4 the ABS clocked it DOWN!!!!)
4gb DDR2 800

Only one problem, i have a bunch of info saved and im not about to loose it again. If it's the only way ill go for it. I also did vista repair already to fix it when it didn't start.
Oh yeah lol, LedZep FTW.

Lol too late for that, spent $1800 no going back. I dont see how its that bad anyway I was able to get it to 3.2GHz at 28C idle without even breaking a sweat. I get back to you as soon as I can.
