Been a long time since I've built a desktop, need someone to look this over...

First off, hello and thanks to any who help me out with this.

The rig is going to be a business computer that I need to last a good long time. Is the current build overkill?, probably, but the budget is rather large since the company buys most of it. I'd say the maximum budget is around $2500, but I don't really want to spend money just to spend it, so any tweaking to this build you guys/gals can do would be great.

What I'm looking for:
Multi-tasking monster
SUPER quiet. If i need to spend more to make it silent I will.
Clean and simple. I hate LEDs, if there isn't a single light I would be happy.
Blu-ray (I still need to add an optical drive.)
Durable. Again, if this takes more $$$ I'll spend it.

What I don't care about:
Brands. I hold no loyalty to any brand. I like the 2500K only because of the great reviews it gets, but AMD is fine too.

And just to get this out now, I'm going to ask a lot of noob questions :D . The last desktop I built was an old 400MHz Athlon unit back in high school, so I'm going to have many questions on build tactics (yes I have read the tutorials).
Anywho, thanks in advance for any help!

Nvm, I made it public for you: http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=14037729

Change the CPU. No-name brands are a bad sign (of failure). Ditch the extra fans as they are not needed. Your case is already well-fanned. If this is for gaming, I recommend either 1 or 3 monitors. Two is never ideal for any gaming. For CF 560ti, get the same wattage, but a brand name PSU like the ones from Corsair, Seasonic, and XFX.

-PSU changed from Antec to Corsair
-Fans are gone
-Why would I need a different CPU? It's an Intel i5-2500K, how can it be a no name brand?

And what about thermal compounds? Is Artic Silver the best one? Is it really needed?

This RAM is faster and only 2 sticks:

I would definitely go EVGA rather than Zotac, just because its a chinese brand:

Or even the Asus or MSI. Same price if the rebate goes through:

Everything else looks good. On a side note, I have the same HDD but I paid $59 for it back in September. Too bad!

All things changed.

What about the monitors, is there a better choice out there? I just picked the Asus ones because I know they are a trustworthy company, but if anyone has first hand experience with another make/model I'm open to suggestions.

These are the best monitor manufacturers: Dell, Samsung, Viewsonic, LG, HP (to an extent), BenQ, Acer (to an extent), ASUS, and AOC.

My thought is that with your (large) budget and your point about desiring heavy multitasking ability, you might as well go with something with more cores/threads than the 2500k. The 2500k would be a great processor and you would no doubt be happy with it...but it has 4 cores w/out HT whereas something like the 2600k would be 4 cores w/ HT. Would you need that much? I don't know. I'm just throwing it out there due to your wish for heavy multitasking ability. If you plan to keep the system around for another 6 years, at the least it wouldn't hurt. However, you could always upgrade to something better...another Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge down the road.

Also, as an alternative to something like the 2600k, would be a 6-core Gulftown processor. They start at ~$600 though, it would be up to you whether or not you want to spend that much, whether you could use it, and whether you would be willing to fit it into your budget.

Good luck.
