When I was playing my game , and the game loads ...the cpu produces a beep sound until the game was loaded for no apparent reason...anyone knows why?

sometimes when I execute the game , it beeps once too..

Well, it's not the CPU, it's something to do with BIOS. It's possible that there's a BIOS setting that will beep when the CPU reaches a certain temp before it shuts down. There are tons of others causes, too. Could you describe the beep (1 long, 2 short, etc.), and your motherboard model? That will help to pinpoint what the problem is.

It was the first time that the long beep happens while I'm play a game ...It lasted as long as the loading duration.

Sometimes when I execute the game , it beeps once.

my bios is phoenix -awardbios v6.00PG

ok the com just beep once when I run "dxdiag" ..

what I want to make sure is that this issue isn't cause by any malicious stuff like keyloggers/viruses etc..

I doubt that's the case.

Do you have your MoBo's manual? If so, it should contain a list of common troubleshooting steps and identify what certain series of beeps mean (one long, three short, etc.). If you don't have your manual, you can probably visit your MoBo's website and download a PDF version of it.

I would start with downloading SpeedFan or Core Temp and check your system temps. If something is too high (such as a CPU getting too hot when under load, as in loading a game), BIOS might beep a warning, depending on it's settings. If everything checks out OK temp-wise, I would see if there was a BIOS update available and install it.
