apparently a crappy one!
i cheaped out and got the Thermaltake Bigwater 760is.
if you heard of people having success with it i just got it because it had good newegg reviews and happened to be in stock at the local fry's electronics haha! so that means i can return it at any time within 30 days....

I'm not satisfied that your water cooling kit is doing its job.

There are a few places you can google up to find stock temps and most of the E6850's hit 50+c with standard coolers :/ !
So if anything you might be worse of with the water cooling kit. Unfortunately I have very little experience with the E6850's and not familiar with there temps and characteristics. There is some mention on setting the vcore and frequencie settings to manual, then work from there. Keep a close eye on temps. But if things don't look up I would remove that kit and either get a good water cooling kit or good heat sink and fan.

My advice is 1) not to overclock at all as it can cause some random ghost operating systems error, 2) reduce hardware life if not correctly overclocked/cooled.
Also looking at the temps your posting, the water cooling in your Computer sucks. The average temperature of your CPU idle should be around 32 to 35c and about 40 to 45c under load.
My cooling is a very expensive liquid nitrogen kit, maximum temp under max load is 18c
, 12c idle.
