Benchmarking in Vista

Which benchmarking software should I be using in Windows Vista? Has anyone compared their scores in XP and Vista using the same hardware and benchmarking software to see what impact the OS has on performance?

I am running AMD XP 6000+ and Win Vista Home Premium 64 bit version. Which benchmark should I use?

All the Futuremark products work, so I would use tools like 3DMark03, 3DMark06, PCMark05, etc.

I think I did in the past, but Vista was installed for a lot longer time period then XP.

I just installed XP Pro yesterday, and i'm going to run a couple benchmarking apps on both OS's and see the difference.

Thanks.

I just built my new computer, and I am having some doubts about the performance.

I score 730 Passmarks using Performance Test.
3351 in 3D Mark 2006.

Using:
AMD 6000+ CPU
4 GB GSkill PC 6400 Ram set at 4-4-4-12
EVGA 7600 GT PCIe 256MB Video
BioStar NF520 Mainboard (This is the part I'm concerned about, 50.00 MB)
Windows Vista Premium

Nothing overclocked.
