Bent Prong

I know you've fixed this already, but for future reference you might try to use a credit card, slide it along the row of pins, and the bend pin will get straightened with all its "brothers" so to speak. Done this a couple of times and it works perfectly.

+1 Credit card IS the best way. It makes sure that the pins are all in line with each other. You can also sandwich a row with 2 cards to make sure it does not bend any farther back the other way.
 
Now that they're straightened, take it back to a different Fry's. Then get one that isn't damaged. That'll teach 'em.
 
Nice idea Benny, too bad there is only one Fry's in the state.
