Bes Timing

That's probably up there with as good as it will get but the price and voltage on that stuff is silly. Going from CAS3 to CAS2 on DDR400 improves perfromance maybe 5-8%. CAS4 to CAS3 on DDR800 will do even less.

If you want to know what the timings are, it's covered in RAM101. Personally, I don't think that RAM is worth the price but if you want it, that's your choice.

I don't know of any better timings at that speed but faster pretty much always beats 1 step slower RAM with better timings. For example DDR2-667 @ 3-3-3-10 performs worse than DDR2-800 @ 5-5-5-15
