Best 19" for around $300

I'm looking for a 19" around $300, it would be nice if it usually cost more but this one was on sale. It should be LCD, pretty good resolution, have all of the connections I need, and should be pretty adjustable (rotation and tilt wise).

"pretty good" can mean alot of things to alot of people.

"all of the connections i need" is kind of an impossibility for anyone here to pinpoint, since none of us know what you need seeing as how you didn't specify.
