best 360 game out?

i need a new game for my xbox 360 i have oblivion and wonder if there are any good games that people may recommend as i dont know what to choose.
both dead rising and lostplanet look good but i dont know much about whats on the market.
 
I just recently purchased Dead Rising. I really like, its quite cool. There are so many things to do in the game and some missions are some what difficult.

You could also look into Saints Row. I dont beleive Lost Planet has been released yet.

Things to look out for would be Gears of War, Call of Duty 3, F.E.A.R. and FIFA 07.
 
Yea the story line to Dead Rising is complex. It was quite a challenge. It wasnt my cup of tea so I am planning on selling it. I played 3-4 times but it was very fun.

There are so many ways to kill zombies.
 
I played the demo od Dead Rising, and I love it. I'm getting it soon.

Lost Planet doesn't come out until this winter, but I'll definately be buying it too. If you're looking to get games later too, pre-order Gears of War. It's going to be amazing.
