Looking to buy a GTX 1070 ti. Was wondering what's the best Overclocking performance GTX 1070 ti brand before I buy?
Thanks
Thanks
Well I do know some brands did sell binned 9 series cards at inflated prices, e.g. the Galax HOF 980ti and the EVGA classified 980ti, but I don't know about the 10 series and I don't know if they binned lower model cards. Considering the price difference between the 1070ti and the 1080 isn't much and that you would likely have to pay more for a binned 1070ti, if such a thing exists, then the price difference would likely be so small that you might as well just buy a 1080.

Personally at these prices I would buy a 1080 and overclock that instead or buy a non binned 1070ti with decent cooling and hope you win the silicon lottery.
This will at least give you an idea which is better out the box: https://www.tweaktown.com/articles/...0-ti-roundup-evga-galax-msi-zotac/index4.html
Gotcha that makes sense. Interesting. Heard of Silicone Lottery and understand that but now I understand what he meant by Binned. Feel stupid but I am pretty new. They're all dependent on the silicon lottery.
Only card I knew that was binned was the evga gtx 1080 ti kingpin card for which they guaranteed an overclock speed.
Also I am going to buy this card used, really good price. Can you give me some input on it? Think is a good deal? Its going to run me around $325

Because of the way Nvidia configured the 1070ti... they're all the same. Every card has the same base clock. So it really comes down to your luck and the cooler you buy.Gotcha that makes sense. Thank you guys.
@Intel_man what do you think of the 1070 t.i. I want to get? Got any other 1070 t.i. recommendations?
Why not a used 1080 for 35 dollars more: https://www.ebay.com/itm/USED-Nvidia-GeForce-GTX-1080-Founders-Edition-Graphics-Card-FREE-SHIPPING/223116024049?epid=1072522220&hash=item33f2c058f1:g:tuoAAOSwKWxbgFVX&LH_BIN=1

Because believe it or not I am selling Junk I don't use anymore to buy a GTX 1070 or 1070 ti. I am in a bad position for now and don't have a lot of money. So even though those are honestly amazing deals hands down! I can't go even $20 over my budget. I just sold an old guitar amp I don't use anymore just to have enough cash to buy a new Graphics card. I"ll get more use out of my Computer than I do out of playing Guitar.
Sad I know, but sometimes it happens.

Fair enough dude
