Best budget GPU

Could any of you giuys tell me a good GPU with a decent clock rate, for under £80? (115$) I'm just thinking about a 4670 any better suggestions?

I know its £8 ish over budget...but should be a good card!

Theres also the HD 5750 to consider.

If you realy want to stay under the budget then 4670 it would be...but no DX11.

5670. equal performance to the 9800GTX and only a ~$100 price tag. also supports directx 11. no power connector.
