Best card for this system?

Just my opinion but i think you'd be better off with a HD2900. It a bit more expensive than a 8800gts but with that crossfire ready motherboard you could easily find another HD2900 for cheap in the future and hook 'em both up. You would probably need to upgrade your PSU when the time comes but you'll have plenty of time to get ahold of the extra $$$ necessary.
 
You need very powerful PSU to to run two HD2900XT :D

And I don't recommend two video cards, because when a new video card comes out you can sell your existing card and buy a new one and you will get more performance. And Nvidia G92 will come out late this year
 
I'm not a gamer at all....do a lot of Autocad drafting with some huge files....but if I ever do want to game I'll have the system, right?
 
Maroons probably right on this one especially considering your not much of a gamer.. you're best off getting a 8800gts or GTX, if you have some cash to burn.
