best case?

yo know thats not exactly a high class feature, why do you want it so much, to remove the mobo and its tray it needs to be disconnected and most of the time you have to take out all PCI cards etc aswell, so i have yet to see a feesable reson why you would pay extra money for it.

Well, if you're not to concerned about flashy looks, you can't beat an Antec. They also come with good power supplies.

No one else here seems to like Lian-Li cases but in case you do, they all have removable motherboard cages. This my favorite in your price range, PC-6077
