Best CPU cooling compound???

I was wondering which cooling compound was the best? I was thinking about getting one of the two below, but I don't know if they're any good or not, the reviews are good, so I'm guessing they are, but there might be a better one that's been hiding from me.

1. Antec 77063 Silver Thermal Compound

2.Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound

alright, thanks, that was one of my choices anyways, so I'll probobly get that.

You're not going to notice much difference between them, but I (as well as others) find AS5 to be the best in it's price range.

I used AC5 and cooler master PTK-002 so far, have the Cooler master compound in my current Pc, and it also works perfectly
