best file format for flash drive

whats the best format?

is it fat? or fat32 or ntfs? and should i convert?

atm its fat.

How large is the flash drive? If its under 4 gbs then just leave it at fat.

I would use FAT as well, I didnt know you could format a flash drive as NTFS...

its just that 128meg one, its bugging me cos it seems like a slow file system to use.
