Best file sharing program

Hey fellas I was wondering what is the best file sharing program out there. I hear Bearshare is a good one. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanx!!!
 
Shareaza is the best I've ever tried if you know how to use it, go search their forums for tweaking.
 
Yeah, I must admit I do prefer Bearshare over Limewire, just cos I simply get better connection speeds more of the time, the only trouble with it is the spyware, I don't actually use it because of Windows Defender, it always deletes some of the registry components every time I go to install it which annoys the hell outta' me so thats why I stick with Limewire:)
 
That's why you stay away from it. You disable the bloody spyware, it disables the program.. And that spyware cripples your computer. Is it worth it to you? Not to me. I clean it off of many computers.
 
Of course, you are only sharing legal files now arent you. no copyright infringement or anything, that would be both illegal and against forum rules....

I only use it for legal purposes. I don't know about anyone else. It's legal to download music here in Canada. My wife and I then buy the CDs of the ones we like.

When I want to rip off the system I use torrents. :P lol. j/k
 
bittorrent is generally recognised as the best p2p, great speeds... its just not as bubble gum as your limewire, bearshare, tigerfrolics, mumbojumbo crap
 
this is what i hear about all p2p programs
Limwire- great search, not 2 fast of downloading
Ares (I USE) - Pretty good search, fast downloading
BearShare- No player inside program opens extreranl, extremeely fast DL, supposivley my friend gets it between 250-1000kb/s always
Azureus- torrent program, good for complete albums or anything else
