best free defrag software

I'm looking for a free defrag utility that can be scheduled and is preferably better than the default xp one

Why the aversion towards the free one you already have?

A good free one is Iobit smart defrag or diskkeeper lite.

Thanks for those I'm using IObit I liked it's schedule feature and it seemed to work well. Diskkeeper was nice but you had to buy the full version to set it to run automatically.

you can make the windows defrag into a scheduled thing

use windows's scheduled tasks thing

doesn't work, you could open the app but it won't auto run the defrag process as far as I could tell

Use AusLogics disk defrag.
It is MUCH FASTER than default windows defragmenter.
