everthing including the monitor, cpu, mobo, graphics card, ram, ps, etc
i had q6600 sold it to a friend. I use alot of intensive programs, video rendering, etc. I always get the Best parts/ quality combination, I have had a p/s blow up my entire computer before, so now I only get the best.

Operating system also included?

Not sure why you sold your Q6600, as for $1000 including a monitor you will get a little bit better, but not a whole lot.

I have vista business, but I know, windows 7,
what ever you want to do, including it or not.
as for why I sold it. I was helping out a good friend who needed a computer.
she basically got the deal of the century. I see it sitting there in her room mostdays. So now i need a new one.

This computer is mostly going to be for gaming, but it would work just fine with whatever you would want to do I suppose. You might be able to get some cheaper stuff if you will just be doing the stuff you said...

But take a look at the stuff.

You could use this, or pick completely different hardware!

I just went on Newegg.com and started picking out stuff I like. I decided to build a computer like a week ago and my build has changed probably everyday, but I made myself stay with the one I posted above:D

I think I'm going to get these, total comes out to $1045 (if you get the CPU and Mobo in a combo on newegg.com).

Dont touch a rosewill power supply with a 10 ft pole, get one of these, $99 after rebate, $119 before:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341003

That heatsink will not work with that motherboard, you need a heatsink that supports LGA1156, or a motherboard with socket 775 heatsink holes such as this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188054

And then this would be a better heatsink:

Or spend a few bucks more:
